Port Louis, Mauritius, 10 April 2017 – The Honourable Tun Musa Hitam, Chairman of the World Islamic Economic Forum (WIEF) Foundation extends an invitation to The Honourable Pravind Kumar Jugnauth, Prime Minister of Republic of Mauritius to the upcoming 13th World Islamic Economic Forum (WIEF) at his office today.
This year’s forum theme is ‘Disruptive Change: Impact and Challenges’. The event is jointly organised by The Sarawak State Government of Malaysia and WIEF. It is scheduled to be held at the Borneo Convention Centre in Kuching, Sarawak, Malaysia from 21st to 23rd November, 2017.
Confirmed speakers for the event are The Honourable Dato’ Sri Mohammad Najib bin Tun Abdul Razak, Prime Minister of Malaysia and Patron of WIEF Foundation, and The Right Honourable Datuk Amar Abang Haji Abdul Rahman Zohari bin Tun Datuk Abang Haji Openg, Chief Minister of Sarawak.
